Basic Qualifications for all Commercial Cleaners:

Detailed oriented
-
Prior Cleaning experience
-
At least two relevant references (house cleaning, janitorial, maid services, etc.)

Professionalism, reliability, punctuality

Ability to commit to working with us for a minimum of six months

Willingness to help others, active, motivated, person who works efficiently.

Comprehensive background check
Extra Qualifications we look for:

Trainings and certifications such as first aid or OSHA training courses

Flexible schedule (especially after school hours for part-time Cleaners)

Bilingual
-
Ability to travel and valid Drivers license
-
Ability to drive or access to transportation
-
Other abilities , able to lift 50 pounds or more/knowledgeable in commercial cleaning equipment handling
